Hey everyone.Twitter today catered to Android users with a major revamp of its app. Twitter 2.0 has a completely new, cleaner interface that now jumps directly to the timeline instead of a splash screen. Searching is also now much more intelligent and can search for keywords based on location and search for people by their formal name, not just their username. The iOS app and some desktop apps, the Android build now no longer requires a sign in just to follow hashtags or trends.
It can now scan contacts as well and find users that already have Twitter accounts.The app continues to be free and is in the Android Market now for anyone using an Android 2.1 or later device. This version I think much better than the old version. Try it. That’s all folks. Until then see ya.
