Hello everyone, I hope ya all are doing fine, this is my first post in 2017, lol. But I am back now. Ok this blog post is actually about the lame whatsapp update. Snapchat has been one of the most fun and amazing social network by far now, so now whatsapp has copied its idea too.  First it was possible to write statuses on whatsapp but now you can’t. It has become like snapchat, there is something like whatsapp story on it now. You can take photos, use emojis, edit photos and the stories disappear after 24 hours which is just like snapchat. It’s possible to set up privacy like let only a few of yours contacts to see your story. If you haven’t noticed, the options of gifs has also been included in whatsapp which is a good feature but I am not really fond of the stories feature.  Peace love and unity 😀

One of the most beautiful phone by google is “Pixel.” I can say that because I have actually checked that phone out and it seemed amazing even though I don’t own it. This phone has the highest rated smartphone camera, a battery that lasts all day, unlimited storage for all your photos and videos and the first phone which has google assistant built in. It has 12.3 MP for sharp, crisp images, large 1.55 pixels for great shots in the light and f/2.0 Aperture for bright, even photos.

It combines hardware and software made by Google which includes all your favorite Google apps. It has a seamless glass aluminium body. With the pixel imprint, the phone gets unlocked quickly with just a swipe down on the finger print scanner. It has a brilliant 5.0 AMOLED screen with true blacks and 16.77 million colors. It gets up to 7 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes. The OS in it is “Android Noughat. 7.0.” In short, it’s a great phone if you are a die hard Android phone, go for it and buy it. 😀

Snapchat glasses

Hello everyone! How is it going? I hope you all are doing great. I haven’t been blogging because you know semester finals and I have been busy with stuff. So, yesterday I was watching a video by “finebros” on youtube where teens were reacting to “Snapchat glasses”. That attracted me a lot. I saw that video then I realized these glasses seem so cool. I’m gonna tell you about them.

We all sure love snapchat because it’s like the most fun app ever with all those fabulous filters. These glasses only work with Snapchat but the great thing you can do with them is film what you see and the battery lasts a long time. Cool right? You can record literally anything with them. It’s a lot easier to skate and snap a video using these glasses, it will save you from accidents, you can focus on the road. They feel like regular glasses and they look great on anyone who wears them. The video quality is awesome, if the light is good then you’ll get a decent video/ picture. The spectacles record circular video. They don’t need to be connected to a phone unless you want to post or view snaps. They don’t fall of your face if you jump around. The audio is good but not great. Very hard to take selfies with it. There are no face filters available yet: if snapchat glasses get the face filters and stuff, I’ll probably get these glasses. 😀

Android Nougat 7.0

Android 7.0 is the 7th version of the Android operating system. Nexus devices were the first ones to actually get this version, I own a Nexus 6p, so I got the update already. Nougat introduces notable changes to the operating system and its development platform, including the ability to display multiple apps on-screen at once in a split-screen view, support for inline replies to notifications, as well as an openJDK-based JAVA environment and support for the Vulkan graphics rendering API, and “seamless” system updates on supported devices.

It introduces a split-screen display mode for phones, in which 2 apps can be snapped to occupy halves of the screen.  An experimental multi-window mode is also available as a hidden feature, where multiple apps can appear simultaneously on the screen in overlapping windows. The notification shade was redesigned, featuring a smaller row of icons for settings, replacing notification cards with a new “sheet” design, and allowing inline replies to notifications.  Multiple notifications from a single app can also be “bundled”. There is a great per-app control over notifications.

The “Doze” power saving mechanism introduced in Android Marshmallow was expanded to include a state activated when the device is running on battery and the screen has been off for a period of time, but is not stationary. A new “Data Saver” mode restricts background mobile data usage, and can trigger internal functions in apps that are designed to reduce bandwidth usage, such as capping the quality of streaming media. Nougat introduces a system for enabling “seamless”, automatic system updates, based upon and sharing some code with the implementation of similar functionality on Chrome OS. Overall, I am having a great experience with it, enjoy the update once you get it. 🙂

Allo Assistant

Hello everyone, I am here again. Sorry I was away. It’s because my website had some problem. Anyways, I am here to tell you about my new best friend aka. “Allo.” This is google’s new assistant and is super fun. As you can see in the picture, I asked it “Do you wanna build a snowman?” It sent me the answers and it’s also singing the song with me. The only thing, it lacks is the voice. Allo can do everything an assistant does for you like siri and cortana. Siri is sorta the annoying one, I am not fan of siri. I do like cortana, though :p. Allo can entertain you when you are bored., you can start a group chat with it or send a simple message to someone. It works over internet connection. Allo can google stuff for you. I had a test and I asked every single thing from Allo, it helped me a lot. It can set reminders for you.

“Whisper Shout” allows the user to increase or decrease the size of a message to represent volume. Allo also lets users draw on photos before sending them. Incognito mode is an optional mode that includes expiring chats, private notifications, and end to end encryption. For encryption, the app uses the Signal Protocol.

Incognito mode does not include any Smart Reply or Google Assistant features. When the user receives a sticker from a sticker pack that they do not already have installed on their device, the app will retrieve the sticker from Google’s servers using client-to-server encryption. You can delete single messages or entire conversations in Allo. Google also provide the option to chat in Incognito mode, where messages are end-to-end encrypted and you can set a timer to automatically delete messages for your device and the person you’re chatting with’s device at a set time. The messenger is a competitor of whatsapp, so I recommend you try it too. 🙂

Pokemon Go

Hey, guys, I am writing this post all over again, because umm the previous post got messed up somehow, so I thought to delete that one and write it all over again. As you can all see, being a pokemon trainer has been a dream of everyone. Well it has been my dream. This game has been on such a huge hit. Everything is about pokemon. It is the number one game these days.

In Pokemon go, you actually travel in the real world in search of a pokemon. When you download this game, you get to make your own avatar and give it any nickname you like. I gave my avatar the nick name “I am a cake.” funny right?.  Next thing you do, is that it brings you to the real world. You have to open the app, it works with internet using your gps. You are given 3 pokemons from which have to catch one. The basic starter pokemons are Bulbasor,Charmander and Squirtle. I did not realize that earlier but if you want a Pikachu, you gotta ignore those Pokemons and walk away to other locations and you might find a pikachu.

Catching pokemons and information about things

To catch the Pokemon you gotta throw pokeballs at it, you gotta make sure you aim properly because in the game you can go out of pokeballs which is bad. You might need to go to a Pokestop nearby to get  pokeballs, or you can buy some pokecoins with real world money to shop for them and other products. You might need to go to a park or something to find a grass pokemon or go to a lake or pond or sea to find a water pokemon. Whenever you get a level up, you get items or pokeballs. Sometimes you get eggs and you need to walk 2km,5km or 10km to hatch the eggs. Each pokemon come with its own candy, that you need to use to evolve them. You can transfer a pokemon to professor to get pokemon candy. Once you are in level 5, you can join a gym for gym battles. I haven’t joined any team yet. The game is simple. Be careful while playing pokemon go though, don’t go to strange places. The game is officially released in some countries now, but not in mine, so I just used a US gmail account to play it. Some people use apk to play it on Android but I don’t trust. On iPhone, you will need to make a US iTunes accounts. Enjoy the game. I love it  because I wanna be the very best like no one ever was. 😀

Hi guys, I hope ya all are doing well. I was out of blogging since I lost my paternal grandfather on 7th April which was a big loss, so yeah it takes time, anyways few days back my daddy gifted me this Nexus 6P, it’s the first time I used a Huawei phone and it is super awesome.

The phone is too big, it’s even bigger than my tiny hands lol. Huawei is at the helm of creating what might feel like the most premium Nexus device yet, with the device featuring a full metal unibody design with flat sides, which helps with the handling of this large smartphone. The buttons are all on the right side, and offer a solid tactile feedback when pressed, while the power button is textured, making it very easy to find. The headphone jack is up top, and at the bottom is the USB Type-C port. It has a 5.7 inch display. Below it is the dual-front facing speaker setup. Above the logo is a finger print scanner. It has a 560 x 1440 resolution. The Nexus 6P comes with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, clocked at 2 GHz, and backed by the Adreno 430 GPU and 3 GB of RAM. Battery gets a huge boost, not only because of the large 3,450 mAh unit that the device packs, but also courtesy of a new power saving feature introduced with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, called Doze. Doze relies on all of the different sensors to put applications in a deeper state of sleep than usual. A 12.3 MP rear shooter tries to allow for more light to enter than before.

Overall, the Nexus is a really amazing phone, i am quite satisfied with it, but you all should try it and go buy it.

Android 6.0 Marshmallow

android marshmallow

Hi guys, what’s up? How are you all? I hope you all are doing great right. Oooo another version of Android is here which has a even yummy name called “Marshmallow.” OMG marshmallow is my favorite, all these are going to give me a sugar rush, hahaha. Now coming to the topic, this is Android 6.0.

Nexus 5x and Nexus 6P were the first to get Android Marshmallow. It has a battery that works smarter, not harder. It saves your battery for what matters most. When your device is at rest, Doze automatically puts it to sleep so your phone can actually go off your alarm even if you forget to charge it. Battery doesn’t drain from seldom apps anymore. There is no need to give apps access all the time. It lets you define what to share and when. You can simply use finger print scan to unlock your phone rather than having to type security passwords. It’s going to be great once people get it. I really hope to try it.

Well, not many phones have gotten it yet, but might after some time. Have a good day. See ya.

The Galaxy Note 5 is one beauty. The Galaxy Note 5 is still bigger but now slimmer which is framed by a sleek metal and glass. It comes with a S pen, it’s amazing to use it on a gorgeous surface. It’s more like an actual pen that writes just as well, you will never want to put it down. Battery life has been a bit improved now with fast charging. It’s awesome while listening to music, watching videos and making videos with it. You can snap photos without worrying about the light. It comes with all accessories so you can keep it charged, fully covered and fully entertained. It’s very simple to connect your phone with your laptop and sync stuff. Invite your family and friends to enjoy the photos and videos you took on your Galaxy Note 5. With one tap, it will all be on your TV. Samsung Pay is a hasstle -free and safest way to pay with fingerprint authentication and extra layers of security. The Galaxy Gifts is one of the best way to get free apps. There is 100GB of OneDrive Cloud which gives immediate access to your files.  Overall, am actually a very huge android fan, in my opinion, this seems like a great phone, I would love to try it out.
